Sustainable product portfolio and supply chain
As a chemical distributor, we recognize our special role in achieving a sustainable product portfolio and supply chain. We apply certified quality and compliance standards for ourselves and our partners, provide coherent documentation, ensure workplace safety and care for the environment along the supply chain. We focus our product development on innovative solutions and sources for green chemicals. In our pursuit of a circular economy, we strive to reduce waste and energy consumption and introduce recyclable products. We also promote local sourcing to avoid long delivery routes and minimize water pollution, but also explore alternative transportation options such as trains and e-trucks for our goods.
While we take steps to reduce our emissions and conserve energy to achieve carbon neutrality, we also recognize the carbon footprint we leave today.

We provide a modern work environment that promotes development and ensures equality, while maintaining business practices that show zero tolerance for unethical, corrupt or immoral behavior. Sustainable development goals
Since 2021 TER Chemicals has been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its ten principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. The UN Global Compact is the world's largest and most important initiative for sustainable and responsible corporate governance. In this way, we contribute to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Ecovadis silver sustainability medal
The recognition of our continuous measures to improve sustainability in the company were also confirmed by the award of the Ecovadis Silver Medal for the TER Chemicals group of companies in 2021.
